Ingredients
- 1 medium head red or green cabbage, shredded
- ¼ cup butter
- salt to taste
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
- ½ cup vinegar
- 1 cup water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Melt butter and add cabbage and sauté for one minute. Season with salt, pepper, brown sugar and caraway seeds. Slowly add in vinegar and water. Cook to reduce liquid by half and cabbage is soft. Enjoy!
